creative intelligence for growing brands

Services & pricing.

Here's how we work together, and what each level of involvement actually means.

services & pricing

Three levels of involvement. What changes between them is responsibility, not just volume.

02  /  shape

Shaping

You give us the raw material. We turn it into a presence.

$400 one-time setup

You provide

  • Raw photos, short clips, project updates

We provide

  • A monthly content calendar we build, not just maintain
  • Caption writing, from your material

Typically 16 to 24 pieces of shaped content a month. The value here isn't the count, it's that we're now responsible for turning what you hand us into something coherent.

03  /  build

Partnership

We help decide what's made, then build the system around it.

If what you need starts outgrowing your package, we'll talk about expanding the scope directly. Nothing gets quietly absorbed, and nothing gets quietly withheld.

Paid ad performanceNot includedReporting onlyReporting only

Paid ad management, meaning building and running campaigns, is a separate service in every tier. Reporting on how your ads are doing is not the same job as deciding how your budget gets spent, and we keep those two things priced apart.

beyond the retainer

A few things we scope separately, on purpose.

On-Site Content Production

Project, progress, and finished-work photography. Team and detail imagery. Behind-the-scenes and short-form video capture, shot on location.

$150/hr2-hour minimum

Video Editing

Filming and editing are two different jobs, priced separately. A simple social Reel from footage you already have runs $125–175. Something more developed runs $200–350+. Longer walkthroughs or testimonials are quoted once we see the footage.

$85/hror flat-rate by scope

Additional Services

Extra photography sessions, graphic design, email marketing, paid advertising management, campaign development, brand strategy, website or case-study content, and other creative work as it comes up.

By project

A half-day production session (roughly 3–4 hours) runs about $500–650. Full-day or larger productions are quoted once we know what you're after.

how we start

Nothing here begins with a contract.

01

A conversation, not a pitch

Tell me what you're currently doing, what's getting neglected, and what you'd like off your plate. No deck, no assumptions about what you need.

02

We find the smallest useful scope

Together we land on the level of involvement that actually solves your problem, not the biggest package available.

03

A 30-day start

Engagements begin with a 30-day initial period, so both of us can see the workflow in practice before committing further.

04

Scope moves with you

As the work reveals where more support would help, we talk about expanding it, rather than letting extra work pile up quietly under the old agreement.

These people are active. They do good work. They know what they're doing.

We don't sell this around follower counts. For most of the businesses we work with (contractors, architects, restaurants, local service and professional work) social media isn't a growth channel so much as it's proof. Someone hears about you through a referral, looks you up, and decides in about ten seconds whether they trust you.

A consistent, well-organized presence is what tips that decision. It says the business is active, the work is real, and someone's paying attention. That's the outcome we're building toward: not virality, not a follower number, not a guaranteed lead count. A body of work someone can look at and trust.

clarifications

A few things worth knowing up front.

01Do I need to sign a long-term contract?+

No. Engagements start with a 30-day initial period so we can both see how the workflow works in practice before talking about anything longer.

02What if I need something outside my package?+

One-off needs get quoted separately. If it turns into a pattern rather than a one-time thing, we'll talk about moving you into a different level of service instead of quietly stacking extra work onto the existing agreement.

03Do you guarantee follower growth?+

No, and I'd be skeptical of anyone who does. Performance depends on far more than posting consistency. What I can build is a presence that's consistent, credible, and useful to someone deciding whether to trust you, which matters more than a follower count anyway.

04Do I need to provide content?+

Depends on the tier. Coordination assumes you're handing over finished material. Shaping assumes you're handing over raw material and we do the shaping. Partnership includes us coming to you to capture some of that material ourselves.

05Can you manage my advertising?+

Monitoring how your ads are performing and actively managing them are different jobs. Reporting is folded into Shaping and Partnership; full campaign management is scoped and priced separately once we know what you're trying to do.

06Can you come photograph our business or projects?+

Yes. On-site production is available on its own, or built into a Partnership engagement as a standing monthly session.

07What's Metricool, and do I need my own account?+

It's the scheduling, inbox, and analytics infrastructure Hush Hush runs on. Most clients are simply added as a managed brand under the Hush Hush account, no extra subscription required. If you'd rather keep your own account, that works too.
